EscapeArtistes Giveaway – Terms and Conditions

1: The EscapeArtistes giveaway is open to anyone aged over 18, anywhere in the world, with the exception of employees of Skyscanner, CarRentals.co.uk, GetYourGuide and GO-SIM. The competition opens at 12.01am on 14 October 2012 and closes at 12.01am on 24 October 2012.

2: CarRentals.co.uk can only offer car hire to people aged at least 25 with a full driver’s license and a valid, international credit or debit card. If the winner of this prize does not match these requirements, prizes will be reallocated.

3. Rafflecopter’s and the judges’ decision are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

4. All prizes except the SIM cards must be used by 13 October 2013.

5: The Skyscanner prize is for flights to the value of $400, found on Skyscanner. The Skyscanner team will book and pay for your selected flights to a value of $400 within 2 working days of receipt of your email requesting them. Should you wish to use the credit on flights above the value of $400, Skyscanner will credit you back $400 towards the cost of the flights by PayPal, cheque or bank transfer within 5 working days after you book, pay and forward the confirmed booking and receipt to them.

6: The GetYourGuide prize is a voucher to the value of $150 redeemable against tours, adventures and activities available on GetYourGuide.com.

7: The CarRentals.co.uk prize must be confirmed by forwarding a car hire request form to CarRentals.co.uk. On approval, you should then book and pay for the car hire, which CarRentals.co.uk will refund via PayPal, cheque or bank transfer within 5 working days of receipt. Valid credit or debit card details are required for any car hire transaction, and unfortunately there is no way around this.

8: Five winners will receive international GO-SIM cards worth over $20, with international phone credit to the value of $10. GO-SIM will mail these cards within 7 working days of receipt of your mailing address.

9: All prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash equivalent will be offered. Prizes are offered as is and neither EscapeArtistes, Skyscanner, CarRentals.co.uk, GetYourGuide or GoSim accept liability for misuse or misadventure.
